The Bureau shall exercise all kinds of financial control over the funds referred to in Article (2) In accordance with the provisions of this law.

The Audit Bureau shall exercise all kinds of financial control over the funds referred to in Article 2 in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the public authorities and corporations and companies stated in Article 3 (2) and (3) above shall be further subject to the subsequent financial control of the Bureau.

The Audit Bureau shall exercise all kinds of financial control over the funds referred to in Article 2 in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the public authorities and corporations and companies stated in Article 3 (2) and (3) above shall be further subject to the subsequent financial control of the Bureau.
