    Starting Date: 01/01/1995 Expiry Date : 07/07/1999
    The President of the Bureau shall lay down the Bureau's draft budget to be approved by Emir and shall send the draft budget on the prescribed deadline to the Minister of Finance, Economy and Commerce to be included under a special section of the general budget of the state.

    Starting Date: 07/07/1999
    Notwithstanding the provisions of Law No. 5 of 1989 referred to, the President of the Bureau shall prepare and present an annual draft budget to the Emir or his designee for approval. The appropriations of such budget shall include a total lump sum figure. The President of the Bureau shall issue the decisions that include the implementation-related rules and procedures of the Bureau's budget items for the purposes allocated to them.
