    Starting Date: 02/10/2002 Expiry Date : 20/11/2008
     The invitation to hold the meeting of the general assembly shall be sent to all shareholders by registered mail. This invitation shall include a summary of agenda as prepared by the Board of Directors.
    A copy of such documents shall be sent to the competent authority at the same time they are sent to the shareholders.
    The trading of the company shares shall be suspended on the day the meeting of the general assembly is held.
