Article 21

All NDDPS delivered to a pharmacy must have their delivery date recorded in an entry book. Likewise, a record of those drugs dispensed shall also be recorded in an official entry book, in chronological order, bearing an official stamp of the Ministry of Public Health.

All such information as may be required by decision of the Minister of Public Health shall also be entered in this book, which shall be presented to the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Interior on request.
