The Minister of the Interior,
Having perused the Road Traffic Law promulgated by Decree-Law No. 19 of 2007, as amended by Law No. 5 of 2010,
Emiri Resolution No. 29 of 1996 on the Cabinet resolutions submitted to the Emir for ratification and promulgation,
The Resolution of the Minister of Interior No. 1 of 1981 on the Executive Bylaw of Law No.10 of 1979 on road traffic rules, and as amended,
The Resolution of the Minister of Interior No. 4 of 1992 on the unification of the conditions of the instruments of mandatory and optional insurance of motor vehicles,
The adoption by the Council of Ministers of this draft resolution at its regular meeting No. 24 of 2008, held on 2/July/2008,
