We, Khalifa Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar,

Having perused the Amended Provisional Constitution, in particular Articles 23, 27, 31 and 34 thereof;

Law No. 2 of 1962 on the regulation of the public fiscal policy in Qatar;

Law No. 11 of 1962 for the establishment of the commercial registry system, as amended;

Law No. 13 of 1963 organising the office for the boycott of Israel in Qatar;

Decree-Law No. 1 of 1966 on supervision and control over insurance companies and agents, as amended;

Decree-Law No. 3 of 1966 on taking certain taxation measures to support and develop the national economy, as amended by Law No. 10 of 1971;

Law No. 5 of 1970 identifying the powers of ministers and defining the functions of ministries and other government bodies, as amended;

The Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Law No. 11 of 1981;

Hereby promulgate the following Law:
