We, Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar,
Having perused the Constitution;
The instrument of ratification issued on 21 Sha'ban 1430 AH, corresponding to 12 August 2009 AD;
The proposal of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs; and
The draft Decree submitted by the Council of Ministers;
Hereby promulgate the following Decree:

Articles

Article 1

The Agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus on the Abolition of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Special Passports, signed in Doha City on 6 May 2009, a copy of which is annexed to this Decree, is hereby ratified and shall have the full force of the law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
 

Article 2

All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Decree which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
