The Attorney General,
Having perused Law No. 23 of 2004 promulgating the Criminal Procedures Law, in particular Article 27 thereof;
Attorney General Decision No. 131 of 2008 authorizing certain employees of the Ministry of Business and Commerce to have the capacity of judicial enforcement officers; and
The proposal of the Minister of State for International Cooperation and Acting Minister of Business and Commerce,
Hereby resolves the following:

Articles

Article 1

The capacity of judicial enforcement officer granted to Mr Mutaib Ali MutaibAl-Fahidan, an employee at the Ministry of Business and Commerce, under the Attorney General Decision No. 131 of 2008 is hereby withdrawn.

Article 2

All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
