Articles (1-2)

We, Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar,

Having perused the Constitution;

The instrument of ratification issued on 9 Shawwal 1425 AH, corresponding to 21 November 2004 AD;

The proposal of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs; and

The draft Decree submitted by the Council of Ministers,

Hereby promulgate the following Decree:

Articles

Article 1

The Agreement on Air Services between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Croatia, signed in Doha City on 17 March 2004, a copy of which is annexed to this Decree, is hereby ratified and shall have the full force of the law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

Article 2

All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
