Emiri Resolution No. 23 of 2002 concerning the Supreme Council for Family Affairs

Section: Chapter Six (24-26)

  • Article 24 

    Law of Civil Service, referred to above, shall be applicable to the employees of the Supreme Council in matters not provided for in this Resolution or the internal bylaws of the Supreme Council.

  • Article 25 

    Emiri Resolution No. 53 of 1998, referred to above, and each provision that violates the provisions of this Resolution shall be rescinded.

  • Article 26 

    All competent authorities, each within its own jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
