Article 1 

In the implementation of the provisions of this Law, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each, unless the context otherwise requires: “Authority” means the Customs and Ports General Authority. “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Authority. “Director” means the General-Director of the Authority.
